Nice hotel in Sineu, a beautiful village in the heart of Mallorca. This charming hotel with three floors has 10 rooms, of which 8 are double rooms (16 beds with en suite bathroom) and two are 4-bedrooms with a separate bathroom. One of the rooms is handicapped accessible. There is an indoor dining room and the small cozy outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, all appliances are new and energy efficient. Also in the outdoor area is a small pool of 3 x 4.5 meters, with a terrace and loungers, which is lit in color at night. It has air conditioning (a Mitsubishi inverter machine on the 2nd floor), heating and hot water. The rooms are all painted differently in bright, warm colors, which makes the stay very comfortable and cozy, fully furnished and each room has a plasma TV. It has surveillance cameras and a keypad with numbering of the access code. Safe in the reception and in the rooms. Environment: Geographically, it is located in Sineu and in the middle of the island. It is the ideal place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the tranquility of a part of the cultural and religious history of Mallorca. Sineus weekly market attracts thousands of tourists and residents and is the only market where cattle are still sold. Despite its rural character, strolling through the old town of Sineu, you can see how important and magnificent this city was in ancient times. If you like playing golf, you will find in Sineu the Golf Park Puntiró, a golf course in the middle of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. In Sineu is also the oldest rural hospital in Mallorca, dating back to 1240. The main square of Sineu is called Plaza Des Fossar and is full of small cafes to spend a quiet afternoon in this charming city. The capital, Palma, is only a half hour drive away via the motorway at 34 km.
