Beautiful traditional Mallorquin house that has bags of history into a luxury exclusive villa and hotel. It has nine individually designed rooms including three suites, a saltwater pool, games room and gym.​ It is a perfect place for special events or family holidays as it gives you the exclusivity of a villa but with all the trimmings that you expect from a boutique hotel. Situated in the centre of Mallorca in the heart of the wine country it's perfect for exploring the entire Island. It even has its own train station. We can arrange all kinds of add ons from wine tasting to boat trips, babysitting, cycling guides, yoga teachers and personal trainers just ask us and we will arrange, so you can have a stress-free break. There is the opportunity of a private chef who will look after you serving a locally sourced 3 course meal or delicious BBQ. It's up to you! You can choose and agree the menu before you arrive. Or you may want to stroll into the town and taste authentic Mallorquin in one of the towns many restaurants and mingle with the locals. ​A freshly prepared breakfast is also included as well as daily housekeeping. All of the bedrooms are individually designed with gorgeous designer wallpapers and herringbone oak parquet floors. There are 800 thread count Egyptian cotton linen on either Hypnos or Vi Sprung beds for the perfect night's sleep. All bedrooms have stunning Art Deco style bathrooms, with walk in showers and three with freestanding baths. You also have the option to enjoy a night out but 'in' in the Entrada bar with draft Mallorquin beer Rosa Blanca, a selection of interesting craft beers from the Island and a fabulous selection of organic and local wines from the surrounding vineyards. There is no need to go far, on the upstairs floor has a small bar where we can serve chilled drinks and cocktails perfect for sipping on in the small pool on the sundeck. Swim in the 9 x 5m pool with infinity edge, it is saltwater and heated so it's kind to your skin. Laze around on the ample sun loungers with deep cushions, read a book, top up your tan. The latest treadmill, cross trainer, rower and spinning bike are there for you to enjoy. Yoga mats and free weights if you want a little less cardio. A great personal trainer can be arranged upon request or bike guides adapted to suit you either semi pro or softly does it. With enough space to seat 22 indoors and outdoors. Next to an easy to use Gaggenau coffee maker. It's lovely at night with the glow from the Tom Dixon copper lights. Enjoy breakfast outside in the morning or have dinner outside on the many warm balmy nights.The outdoor kitchen has a hob, fridge, sink and plancha making a BBQ a breeze. Full of tradition and smack full of authenticity, you couldn't get more Mallorcan if you tried. The plentiful local traditional restaurants serve up locally sourced Mallorcan delicacies and is the place to head for real Mallorca. The weekly Wednesday market is one of the largest on the Island and is a major tourist attraction. It starts at 5am if you fancy watching the locals trade livestock. The annual Much Festival in August is a real delight and attracts many locals from across the Island. This is wine country so there are approximately 20 vineyards within 25 mins drive with the closest only 10 mins away. So take your pick. We offer wine tours as well as a full wine cellar with sommelier as part of our Extras.​ Sineu is very well connected with a hourly train service into Palma if you fancy hitting the bustling capital. From the centre of the island there are plenty of hiking and cycle routes whether you fancy the mountains or the flats and nothing is more than about an hours drive away. For beach lovers C'an Picafort is the closest sandy beach just 12 miles away with a lovely seaside walk, Nordic walking routes and boat hire.
